Hybrid precoding method and device based on reconfigurable antenna (RA)

The invention aims at providing a hybrid precoding method and a device based on a reconfigurable antenna (RA) for a MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) system. Particularly, based on the channel state information of a user, a radiation pattern of each reconfigurable antenna at a base station end in the MIMO system is determined; according to the channel state information and the radiation pattern, an analog precoding matrix and a digital precoding matrix are calculated respectively; according to the digital precoding matrix, digital precoding processing is carried out on to-be-transmitted data at the base station end to acquire the to-be-transmitted data after digital precoding processing; and according to the analog precoding matrix, analog precoding processing is carried out on the to-be-transmitted data after digital precoding processing. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device of the invention apply the RA to hybrid precoding, in comparison with the existing hybrid precoding scheme, better performance is realized, the hardware cost and the complexity are not increased, and good balance can be provided between the hybrid precoding performance and the complexity.
