Loopholes in I.D Card Management at Present & the Countermeasures

The criminal experiences of Zhang Jun criminal group have given us so much introspection.One of the important aspects of the problem lies in I.D card management.At present,in the management of I.D cards there exist loopholes and malpractice in six aspects.In the light of the problems and the causes,we must adopt the four_aspect measures to stop up the holes and strengthen its management.
