Design and Implementation of Industrial Ethernet Interface Based on uClinux Embedded System

With the rapid development of Ethernet, industrial Ethernet takes an important role in the industrial control system. This paper introduces industrial Ethernet communication protocols model, and analyzes the needs of scatter measurement and control tasks on the spot, which realizes remote monitoring in the industrial control fields, and provides a convenient way to realize a plant industrial Ethernet interface. Then describes the method to expand an industrial Ethernet interface by using RTL8201 Ethernet controller in the S3C4510B and uClinux embedded system. It has proved it can work effectively and reliably in application, and satisfy the request that the industrial Ethernet need.
