Semiconductor device including receiver for differentail signal

The present invention provides a semiconductor device which stably generates a clock signal from a strobe. A semiconductor device according to the present invention includes a processor, a clock signal generation part which receives a first strobe signal and a second strobe signal and generates a clock signal to be provided to the processor, and a data receiving part which receives at least one data signal and provides it to the process. The clock signal generation part includes a strobe comparator which compares a first input terminal with a second input terminal and outputs a logic high or a logic low according to the comparison result, a first switch which selectively connects one of a first signal line to which the first strobe signal is transmitted and a second signal line to which the second strobe signal is transmitted, to the first input terminal, a second switch which selectively connects a reference line to which a reference voltage is transmitted from the data receiving part, to the second input terminal, and a voltage stabilizer which pulls up or down the voltage of the first signal line or the voltage of the second signal line.
