도시 쓰레기 소각 비산재와 산업부산물을 이용한 비소성 인공골재의 제조

This study investigates the effect of ordinary portland cement(OPC), blast-furnace slag cement(BSC) and non-sintering cement(NSC) with municipal solid waste incinerator fly ash(MWFA). NSC is made by adding phosphogypsum(PG) and waste lime(WL) to granulated blast furnace slag(GBFS) as sulfate and alkali activators. The experimental results showed that the NSC paste had slower compressive strength development in the early stages, but this strength obviously increased at later ages. Variations in the OPC can affect early strength development but have no significant effect on the degree of hydration at later ages. The Leaching concentration results of heavy metals from cement paste containing MWFA show that the heavy metal content of NSC reaches a lower in the 28day ages than that of OPC and BSC due to continuous reaction of slag and PG.
