Differential amplifier and active load for the same

A differential amplifier and an active load for the same are provided to compensate the variation of a common mode operation voltage according to process variation and to set the common mode operation voltage of the differential amplifier, by providing a feedback current with a negative feedback loop. A differential input part generates a differential current according to a differential input signal. An active load generates a differential output signal according to the differential current. The active load includes a first and a second active load part(510,520) including a first and a second negative feedback loop and generating the differential output signal by acting as a load to the differential current, and a common mode feedback part(530) including a feedback current source providing a feedback current and forming a common mode feedback path by providing the feedback current to the first and the second active load part.
