Aphyllophoraceous wood-inhabiting fungi on Abies alba in Italy.

species representing 101 genera of aphyllophoraceous fungi growing on Abies alba in Italy are given. Ceriporia aurantiocarnescens is reported as new to Italy. Fomitopsis labyrinthica has previously been described as a new species from this substrate, while many species identified are considered rare in Italy.
