Research on Optimization Method of Wire and Cable Extrusion Control System

For the characteristics of nonlinearity, time lag and coupling of wire and cable extrusion control system, the current modeling method is difficult to achieve good results. Based on the production data, this paper uses the extreme learning machine to establish the model of the extrusion control system, and designs a heuristic dynamic programming controller based on the extreme learning machine. Through the MATLAB simulation experiment, the heuristic dynamic programming controller has a good control effect and improves the stability of the wire and cable extrusion process. At the same time, from the comparison of experimental results, the HDP algorithm based on the extreme learning machine (ELM-HDP) has better optimal control effect than the HDP algorithm using BP network.
