Dynamic Performance Simulation for Hydraulic System of Emergency Cut-Off with Triple Eccentric Valve

In order to implement the functions of emergency cut-off with triple eccentric valve, the hydraulic system is designed and simulation modeling is set up. This system consists of parts of opening and shutting, controlling and driving, and has the functions of the slow opening, quick closing, super finely moving and manual emergency cut-off. To meet the system’s functional requirements of emergency cut-off with triple eccentric valve, it is necessary to know the dynamic performances of the valve system with simulations. The opening process is simulated firstly and then the closing process is done during dynamic performances simulation, and has been measured in the practical system. It shows that keep accordance between the measured and simulated results very well.
