As a typical application of information physics system in industrial control field, CPMTS brings convenience to users as well as exposes the CNC system to the Internet and greatly increases the risk induced by security issues. Therefore, how to protect the security and safety of the CPMTS has become an urgent issue to be studied. This paper proposes a safety research method combining information security and functional safety. Taking the characteristics of CPMTS as a starting point and tightly combining cybernetics and network security, a CPMTS risk analysis method for deep integration of functional safety and information security is proposed.
