Impact and Countermeasures on Military Medical Scientific Research Institute after China's Entering WTO

With China’s accession to WTO , military scientific research institutes are facing great challenge on many aspects including the operating mechanism, the personnel management and the scientific innovation et al. Therefore, firstly we must strengthen present personnel managing system, change strategy of talents, advance method of inspiring, secondly reform operating mechanism to speed up the integration with market, strengthen the ability of getting information from market and advance the popularization and application of achievements, thirdly amend, improve and popularize laws such as exclusive law, law of trademark, and law of copyright, etc.
