Study for Selecting Vendor Based on DEA

Supply chain management is a validity way to provide more products and better service.How to have the effective selection of suppliers becomes the key to gain market competitiveness.The article expresses the selection to supplier in the perspective of supply chain management,and established a reasonable evaluation index system,uses DEA method for supplier performance evaluation.At last,an example analysis shows that the method is feasible.
