상용차용 전륜 액슬의 스프링 시트 설치 위치에 따른 강도 해석 평가

The axle of the front wheel of commercial vehicles is required durability and high strength because supported the direct load of cargo and vehicle weight. The strength and durability of the target product is affected by not only shape but also constraints of the beam. In this study, In this study, Simulation is performed to analyze the effect on strength and durability of the axle by varying the design position of the spring seat which supports the axle. As a result of the analysis, sensitive characteristic was confirmed not only the shape of the spring seat but also designed place.
