Application and Research of the Air-cushion Transport Technology for the Domestic Large-scale Wind Tunnel

The principle of the wind tunnel and air-cushion transport technology is introduced briefly.Several key aspects including suspension force requirements,traction requirements,gas supply capacity requirements,control accuracy indicators,surface quality requirements and balance control related to the air-cushion transport technology are explained.The installation and application project of a domestic large-scale wind tunnel on air-cushion transport device is summed up.When the installation is complete,the air-cushion transport system can rise and land,move straight and rotate steady on the self-leveling the ground,move out and reset the equipment smoothly in the wind tunnel.This project has proved that using the air-cushion transport technology in the domestic large-scale wind tunnel is feasible,which has guiding significance on air-cushion transport technology application in the future.
