In order to better complete the transportation between venue and venue and between venue and centralized accommodation during the large events, people consider to use unmanned vehicles for personnel transportation. The control model of the unmanned vehicle of the PRT station is established by using the time-delay Petri net. According to the actual flow rules, the HCM model is established, and the number of PRT stations is rationally designed through the optimization, and the maximum utilization of resources is achieved on the basis of ensuring service quality.
