Constructing measuring network with scanning planar laser space position systems

In order to improve accuracy and efficiency of measurement and position for large-scale workpieces in advanced equipment manufacturing process,scanning planar laser space position system measuring network is constructed with the study on the corresponding coordinate registration technology for fusing measuring information of stations.By combining with single system measuring principle with single transmitter automatic measuring angle based on rotating planar laser and double station intersection,effective integrating the measuring data of every single system by putting forward a coordinate registration algorithm on the basis of barycenter reference of rigid body,construction of the network was implemented.Multi-system measuring network experimental platform was built with four transmitters.The whole measuring accuracy can attain less than 0.1 mm,which is obviously better than single system.The measuring network effectively solved the problem about invisibility and low accuracy of single system,expanded the measuring range,improved the measuring efficiency,enhanced the redundancy and reliability.
