Evoked otoacoustic emissions in patients with acoustic neuromas

一側性聴神経腫瘍 (AN) 24例及び正常者24名を対象に, 1kHz及び2kHzのトーン・バースト刺激による誘発耳音響放射 (e-OAE) を記録し以下の結果を得た。 1) AN患側のe-OAE見かけの閾値は正常耳のそれの範囲内にあるものと, 明らかな上昇を示すものとがあった。2) 1kHzのe-OAE見かけの閾値と, 2kHzのe-OAE見かけの閾値との関係を検討すると, 正常耳及びAN健側では両者の間に高い正の相関が認められたが, AN患側ではこの相関は悪化していた。 3) AN患側におけるe-OAE見かけの閾値と純音聴力レベルとの関係を検討すると, 1kHzにおいては両者の間に軽度の正の相関が認められたが, 2kHzにおける相関は明らかではなかった。 4) 腫瘍径と患側e-OAE見かけの閾値との関係を検討すると, 2kHzにおいては両者の間に軽度の正の相関が認められたが, 1kHzにおける相関は明らかではなかった。 5) 以上の結果よりANの聴力障害の病態は複雑なものであると考えられた。
