In silico prototyping of wetlab experiments

The background, implementation, and graphical interface of the Cybermouse simulation-dynamic information system are outlined. It is believed that simulation-dynamic information systems are the next steps in managing complex information through semi-autonomous software. In particular, by making available simulation methods based on nonlinear, event-driven dynamics, such systems show emergent behaviors derived from self-organization and are therefore useful tools in education and research.<<ETX>>
