IDENTIFYING AND IMPROVING THE TALENT MANAGEMENT INDICATORS (A CASE STUDY IN IRANIAN INDUSTRY)

In the age that the intellectual assets (people) are facing to so many hardships to be employed in an organization and leave it easily, it is very reasonable that the leaders of the organizations chasing for the talented ones. The main aim of the presented study is to identify the required priorities for having a better Talent Management (TM) and core competencies in the area of Human Resources (HR). So, we made use of the Deloitte TM model for identifying and experts’ experiences for extracting the 30 TM indicators. Then we designed a questionnaire based on the indicators and by having some interviews with experts, we implemented the statistical tests. The results were analyzed using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Friedman Test, Correlation and Chi Square Analysis. Based on the results, balance between work and family, opportunities for researches, availability of the documents and non existence of the discrimination are the most important factors for developing the TM models in Iran.
