ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS ON PUBLIC HEALTH: A REVIEW OF METHODS

Чистый воздух является одним из главных условий здоровья и благополучия человека. Вопросы контроля выбросов в атмосферу и снижения содержания в окружающем воздухе загрязняющих веществ лежат в контексте выполнения как минимум четырех из семнадцати утвержденных в 2015 г. Организацией Объединенных Наций целей устойчивого развития до 2030 года (Цели устойчивого развития (SDGs) 3, 7, 11 и 13 с соответствующими блоками задач) [35]. А Всемирной организацией здравоохранения принята резолюция WHA68.8, утверждающая дорожную карту в области формирования политики регулирования выбросов для лиц, принимающих решения на национальном и региональных уровнях управления [15 ].
