Analytical service for processing behavioral, psychological and communicative features in the online communication

Abstract The specificity of social services of the Internet communication is rapidly responding to events in society and the instant evaluation of the events of a group of users. This method of Internet communication affects the accuracy and truthfulness of the information increases the chances to use manipulation techniques of communication and a source of diverse information security threats. In this paper the analytics of social services of the internet communication and its user classification is proposed. The recommended users’ classification helps media projects owners to create and manage these projects.
