n-preindexing coding style for data aggregation of state in WSNs

A special package format to avoid sending node ID is designed by the analysis of node-state data.The data need to be clustered,which can divide large probability values,and help improve the n-index compression coding efficiency;In order to reduce the state data coding bits,all data will be implemented n-preindexing coding compression,which can greatly reduce the amount of data transfer.
