Surviving in a cofunded faculty appointment.

The expansion of clinical pharmacy services in health systems has contributed to an increased demand for qualified clinical practice faculty.[1][1] In response to this need, many schools of pharmacy have partnered with health systems to develop cofunded, or “shared,” clinical faculty positions.
