A Design of a Large Size and High Frequency Vibration Table

In this paper, the modal analysis of a large\|size and high\|frequency vibration table is made by finite element method during the designing. By comparing with its vibration modes the modal is optimized continually, then response analysis of the model is made and the modal analysis is proved reliably. Finally the contradiction between large size and high frequency is solved well and the reasonable large\|size and high\|frequency vibration table is designed.
