Multiple Large Pilomatricomas in the Setting of Diffuse Epidermal Nevi

Abstract:  Epidermal nevi are hamartomas arising from the embryonic ectoderm during early embryonic stages, resulting in cutaneous mosaicism. We describe a patient with diffuse epidermal nevi and multiple large pilomatricomas arising near or within epidermal nevi.
