Discussion and implementation method on active network architecture

A new kind of network architecture, Active Network, is described, which can be programmed according to the requirement of network application and services, and greatly accelerates the implementation of new network services. The conception and architecture of Active Network is introduced. And some applications and implementing method based on it, such as dispersoid and capsule(or centrality) method, is provided.
