공동주택의 상하층간 충격소음 방지시스템 개발에 관한 실험연구 ( An experimental Study on the Development of Impact Noise Control System between the upstair and downstairs in Apartment )

With the gradual increase of needs for comfortable residential environments in apartment, the impact noise from the upper floor especially in korean ON-DOL heating system causes acoustic problems to the the downstairs neighbors. In this study, with the subjects of 10 apartments, constructed (24~57py), floor impact sound level were measured and sound insulation grades were estimated. The result of this study show that the light weight impact sound is between L~70~L-80 and the heavy weight impact soung is between L-55~L-65. These values for impact sound exceed the reasonable grades (for example, light weight sound L-70 and heavy weight sound is L-50, which are suggested by Korea Housing Office in 1990).This study developed floor impact noise reduction system of apartments and this system which is successful in reducing Light weight and Heavy weight meet the standard grade 2~3 established by the Architectural Institure of Japan. In conclusion, this suggests the proper reduction system for floor impact noise as a acoustic execution method including a shock absorber (so called Micro Cellular Pad)
