The area of facility agriculture in China is relatively high in the world. However, most of production types are plastic film greenhouses, which are low-end applications and have low automation and high labor power consumption. To solve the problems existing in the production of plastic film greenhouses, this paper developed a set of Internet plus plastic film greenhouse intelligent production control platform, using a flat design architecture, the main controller layer is directly connected to the server layer. Based on the official account of WeChat, the monitoring platform can be used to monitor plastic film greenhouse in real-time through various terminals. The main controller layer is composed of plastic film greenhouse controller, weather station controller and irrigation pump inverter controller. The system mainly monitors environmental factors such as air temperature and soil humidity in the greenhouse, and adjusts environmental factors through actuators such as double-sided film rolling motors and irrigation solenoid valves. The hardware and software design of the system take into account the robustness. The designs above complete the construction of an intelligent platform, which can also provide a new idea for the intelligent control production of plastic film greenhouses in southern China.
