Experiment and Modeling about the Dynamic Electromagnetic Force of a Magnetic Suspension Isolator

Electromagnetic actuator is the main component of a magnetic suspension isolator,and establishing the relationship between the output of electromagnetic actuator electromagnetic force and the coil current as well as the gas gap is important for active vibration isolation of a magnetic suspension isolator.In an actual system,vibration frequency of magnetic suspension isolator has a great impact on the parameters of electromagnetic force model.In order to get a more precise electromagnetic force model in line with the actual system,the original electromagnetic force model was modified and a new model taking into account the frequency factor was given.An experimental dynamic electromagnetic force modeling method is designed based on MTS809.A modified dynamic electromagnetic force model was obtained by directly identifying the real-time measured data of electromagnetic force without any assumption.Experimental results indicate that the modified model is more in line with the actual work of system.
