Study on temperature prediction model of cold rolling strip

The cold rolling process environment and the temperature produced by rolling have an important influence on the strip quality. First of all, we analyzed the generation and basic mechanism of various environmental temperatures in the cold rolling production process. Then we analyzed the mathematical models of various temperature calculations in the rolling process. Moreover we determined the mathematical model suitable for calculating the temperature of the cold strip. Finally, based on the particle swarm algorithm, the parameters affecting the strip temperature are optimized, and the optimized parameters are used to calculate the strip temperature. And a large number of actual production data were used for simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the deviation between the strip temperature and the actual strip temperature after optimization is small. This improves the accuracy of calculation of other rolling parameters and further improves the cold rolling of strip rolling. The accuracy of the system is of great significance.
