Ordonnancement des ressources humaines: étude du cas d'une entreprise d'injection plastique

The work presented has been conducted in a plastic injection workshop having, as technical resources : about thirty presses, moulds, and hoists ; and as human resources : operators and technicians. From the point of view of the machines, the scheduling problem is a problem with parallel machines. But, we cannot restrict the problem taking into account only the presses, it is a multi-resources problem. Nowadays, the scheduling is based on the technical resources. However, an analysis of required competencies highlights the technicians' criticality. Two strategies of scheduling have been tested : To schedule the tasks on the presses and then to take into account the technicians; To make a model of competencies of the technicians, then to schedule the tasks on the technicians before scheduling them on the presses. The first results show that it is more interesting to treat the technicians in first and then the technical resources.
