Environment monitoring and controlling system

The invention provides an environment monitoring and controlling system comprising a data acquisition device, an acquisition controller PLC, and a cloud control system. The PLC only has input, output and communication functions. The PLC transfers data to the cloud control system through an EPON passive optical communication network with an optical fiber as the medium, and an output command is transferred to the PLC through the EPON passive optical communication network after the cloud control system completes data processing and analysis, thus completing the control requirements. The cloud control system performs integrated operation on data transferred from other areas or systems, makes simulation analysis to obtain an optimal control scheme, and sends the optimal control scheme down to the PLC for control, thus realizing soft linkage between different areas or different systems. Meanwhile, by weakening the operation function of the PLC, the manufacture cost is decreased, the size is reduced, and PLC implementation, deployment and installation are facilitated. The system can also monitor the running status of equipment and control the running status of equipment and the environment status in real time.
