The present invention relates to a multi-image processing device and a multi-image processing method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an endoscope system includes: an image signal generating unit which is connected to one side of a cable, amplifies an image signal and transmits the image signal to a signal transmitting unit to transmit the image signal for an internal human body through the cable; a signal processing unit which is connected to the other side of the cable and damps the image signal transmitted through the cable to receive the image signal; a CPU which outputs an operation control signal in accordance with a user interface for the user signal and the user interface operation of a user; and an image processing unit which overlaps the user interface with the image signal outputted from the signal processing unit and processes the image signal in accordance with the operation control signal.
