Design,simulation and validation of cells' shear stress tolerance detection device

A new type of micro-fluid device was designed to study the effect of hydrodynamic force on animal cells culture employing the computational fluid mechanics,where the uniform and constant flow-field shear stress occurred,and the values of the force had a close relationship with the rate of liquid flow. The simulation result was verified by PIV technology for the complex one. The result shows that the flow field got from simulation is very similar to the result obtained by PIV and has a good consistency,thus the models and calculation results are accurate.
