Energy Efficiency Evaluation on Residential Building in Xi'an City Based on Matter-element Extension Theory

At present the review on the energy-saving of new residential building and the current energy-saving reconstruction of residential building have become the hot topic in China,and the effect evaluation is the premise for the review and reconstruction.This paper uses the theory of matter element extension,considers the factors influencing the energy saving effects,and establishes an evaluation model of matter-element extension,in order to provide certain reference for energy saving control and energy-saving reconstruction in the new residential building in Xi'an.
