Rapid calculation of radioimmunoassay results.

Abstract Most methods available for expressing radioimmunoassay (RIA) results yield nonlinear dose-response curves, making graphical or numerical dose interpolation difficult. Several methods have been proposed for the linearization of dose-response curves in order to facilitate the rapid and accurate calculation of results with desktop electronic calculators. ∗ ∗Detailed procedures for computation with the use of an electronic desk-top calculator will be sent on request. The relationships between these methods, their limitations, advantages, and ranges of applicability are reviewed in this report.
