The invention discloses a claw type generator power generation circulating device for thermal power generation. The claw type generator power generation circulating device consists of a heater, a one-way valve, a claw type compression expander, a heat regenerator, a cooler and a generator, wherein the claw type expander comprises a claw type compressor and a claw type expander. The power generation work circle comprises an expansion process of gas in the claw type expansion machine, an isobaric heat release process of the gas in the heat regenerator, an isobaric heat release process of the gas in the cooler, a compression process of the gas in the claw type expander, an isobaric heat absorption process of the gas in the heat regenerator and an isobaric heat absorption process of the gas in the heater. A claw type compressor rotor and a claw type expander rotor are coaxially connected in series to form the claw type compression expander which can realize multi-stage compression and multi-stage expansion; and the claw type compressor rotor and the claw type expander rotor in each stage respectively adopt sharp point-free circular arc claw type rotor molded lines; and phases of the claw type compressor rotor and the claw type expander rotor in each stage are uniformly distributed on the circumference. The claw type generator power generation circulating device is suitable for application occasions of solar thermal power generation and industrial waste heat power generation.
