Multi-way dividers for partially corporate feed in an alternating phase-fed single-layer slotted waveguide array

To realize a high gain antenna with a wide bandwidth, a partially corporate feed in alternating phase-fed waveguide arrays is proposed to reduce the long line effect by a half. By considering the reliability of alternating-phase excitation, a new four-way divider rather than a three-way divider is proposed. We can control the power dividing to the center output port with a desired ratio by adjusting the widths of coupling windows. The suppression of reflection to the input waveguide away from the design frequency is also sufficient. This new four-way divider shows a wide bandwidth and is utilized for further investigation and antenna design. For future work, the analysis using the method of moments and the precise design of the four-way divider is considered
