Low cost a lot of problems encountered during transport, freezing and thawing biological containers of the invention to provide biopharmaceutical materials, simple solution. By using the pre-installed and pre-sterilized temperature sensor, the present invention enables the user to monitor the temperatures of the biopharmaceutical container during low temperature distribution process to ensure the integrity of the container in each of the biological material. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly includes a wireless transmitter capable of transmitting and reading information on measurement. In other embodiments, the sensor assembly including a processing unit, the processing unit determines whether or not the temperature distribution is acceptable. In another embodiment, includes an indicator that indicates whether the processing unit can suitably have biopharmaceutical material frozen. In other embodiments, the sensor assembly also includes a memory element, the memory element during the freezing process can be stored in different parameters.
