The invention relates to a PLC-based novel building external escaping ladder. The PLC-based building escaping ladder is technically characterized by being composed of an escaping ladder structural part, an electrical dragging part and an electrical control system. The escaping ladder structural part comprises a ladder body, overturning and supporting devices and an auxiliary supporting device. The ladder body is composed of a ladder main frame, horizontal fixed transverse rods and fixed end overturning and supporting device sleeve rings. Each overturning and supporting device is composed of a rotary shaft, a reducing mechanism and a supporting rod. The auxiliary supporting device comprises a horizontal fixed end supporting platform, a horizontal free end supporting platform, a ground base, a ladder locking mechanism and a ladder placing channel. The electrical dragging part comprises a ladder placing motor, a plate pulling motor, a ladder placing rotary shaft, a ladder placing pulling plate, and a ladder placing rope. The electrical control system comprises a power supply part and a PLC control system. According to the PLC-based novel building external escaping ladder, the design is reasonable, the escaping route and efficiency of personnel are increased, a higher safety sense is provided for using personnel, the suitable crowd is wider, and meanwhile the higher evacuating and escaping efficiency is achieved.
