Measuring and Control System Design for a Novel Integrated Electro Mechanical Hydrostatic Actuator

This paper studies a measuring and control system for a new type of powered electrically actuator: electromechanical hydrostatic actuator (EMHA). The principle and design process of the measuring and control system are introduced in detail from the aspects of software and hardware systems. The hardware system mainly includes Power PMAC controller, Elmo motor power driver and sensors for collecting various signals such as displacement and temperature. The design of the host computer interface is completed by Labview, which fully realizes the functions of servo command input, data curve display and parameter online setting required in the test. The test proves that the measuring and control system can fully meet the design and use requirements of the EMHA system, and is stable and reliable.
