Mutually exclusive resource remote-access method and digital video recorder

The invention relates to digital monitoring, and discloses a mutually exclusive resource remote-access method and a digital video recorder. The method comprises the following steps of: when a certain remote user makes a request of accessing mutually exclusive resources which are accessed by another remote user, acquiring the priority of the first remote user makes the request of accessing the mutually exclusive resources, and comparing the priority of the first remote user with the priority of the second remote user accessing the mutually exclusive resources; and if the priority of the first remote user is higher than that of the second remote user, allowing the first remote user to access the mutually exclusive resources, and stopping the current mutually exclusive resource access of the second remote user. The remote user with higher priorities can be ensured to preferentially access the mutually exclusive resources, thereby endowing the remote access of the mutually exclusive resources with higher flexibility.
