System and method for scanning of anatomical structures and showing a scanning result

There is provided a system for scanning the anatomical structures and for displaying the scanning result, wherein the system comprises: an intra-oral scanner (10) which captures an image of anatomical structures intraorally, an extraoral detection unit (20) that detects a spatial position of the intra-oral scanner (10) relative to an observer or a scanning person, and is a computing unit (30) the scanner (10) with a screen (40) and the detection unit (20) in communication, and a scanning result based on the intraoral captured image of the anatomical structures and the detected spatial position of the intra-oral scanner (10) generated relative to the observer, wherein the screen (40) indicating the scan result generated by the arithmetic unit (30).
