Stationarity study of Land Mobile Satellite channel in view of developing a time series generator

The stationarity of Land Mobile Satellite (LMS) channels is investigated. It is shown that the evaluation of the time-varying channel stationarity is essential before data processing for parameter extraction. This is illustrated by several examples using real-world datasets.
