HLA antigens in pencillamine‐induced myasthenia gravis

Indeed, the latter parts of their clinical courses were similar to cases of hindbrain anomaly previously described. However, in both of our cases the initial diagnosis made was migraine, and many of the early features were compatible with the syndrome of basilar migraine, as described originally by Bicker~taff.~ Follow-up of patients diagnosed as having basilar migraine may reveal congenital hindbrain anomalies in some of them.
