Ultrastructural Aspects of Wood Degradation by Sporotrichum pulverulentum - Observations on Spruce Wood Impregnated with Glucose

On etudie au microscope electronique a transmission l'ultrastructure du bois d'epicea attaque par le champignon de la pourriture blanche Sporotrichum pulverulentum, apres addition de glucose qui inhibe la formation d'enzymes cellulolytiques. On etudie plus specialement les associations lignine-hemicelluloses aux differents niveaux de l'attaque fongique
