Research on platform of relay protection setting calculation and management for power plant

A design scheme of a general platform of relay protection setting calculation and software management for power plant was put forward.In this scheme,the setting calculation will be done facing concrete relay protection devices directly;and the protection devices will be stored in device information database according to their catagories.In setting calculation process,the self-defined protection setting mode was provided,and the work load of operators can be decreased,which is more in line with the requirement of the practical production.Combing with Power Plant C,the design was analyzed and tested;and it was proved that the design scheme not only has good commonality,but also has fast calculation speed,high accuracy and strong applicability.
