Broad-Band GaAs Monolithic Amplifier Using Negative Feedback
暂无分享,去创建一个
A monolithic amplifier covering the 1-7-GHz frequency band has been fabricated using negative feedback. Small signal power gain of 6.0 dB +-0.2 dB was achieved with maximum input and output VSWR of 2.3:1 and 1.7:1, respectively. Design considerations and processing techniques for active and passive elements are presented along with detailed performance data.
