New six‐wire‐junction matrix model for the TLM method

A new three-dimensional wire-junction node for modeling a junction with six wires of the same radius in a coarse mesh has been developed using the transmission-line matrix (TLM) method. The scattering matrix of the proposed node is provided, together with numerical results which are validated by comparison with another technique. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
