壓縮機 入口의 過熱溫度 制御에 의한 冷房機의 容量 調節

The objective of this study is to investigate the possibility to use the super heat temperature as the control parameter for the air conditioner capacity control. To meet this objective, a generally recognized public-domain program was used. Outputs of this program were compared with test data and the adequacy of this program for this study was verified. Analysis was performed based on selected units. For the super heat temperature reduction from 13.9℃ to 2.8℃, cooling capacities of a 1.2 USRT unit and a 5 USRT unit were reduced by 20.5% and 26.3%. Power consumptions were reduced by 18.8% and 10.3%, respectively. From the above analysis, it can be concluded that the super heat temperature at the compressor suction side may be used as the control parameter far the air conditioner capacity control.
